Glovo and IQOS announced partnership and launched the delivery of sticks and gadgets

Ukraine, April 2, 2020. – IQOS (Philip Morris International) and Glovo is on-demand delivery service announced the beginning of cooperation in Ukraine. Starting April 2, IQOS users will be able to order delivery of the sticks to the door using Glovo couriers.

In order to request the delivery, it’s necessary to launch Glovo mobile app for iPhone or Android, select IQOS bubble, verify the age and order any IQOS model and sticks. Then following the common Glovo user experience select the city and check the delivery address. Glovo courier will make the delivery in less than 1 hour. Glovo app also allows to contact the courier directly, if needed. The user can also request contactless delivery by leaving the proper comment in the app. It is possible to pay both by cash and using the card in the app.

Heets and IQOS delivery is available through Glovo in 11 cities across Ukraine: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odesa, Zaporizhye, Vinnytsya, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Sumy and Cherkasy.

Except for ordering IQOS, we are also delivering food from the restaurants and supermarkets and medicine from pharmacies. Integration between Glovo and IQOS was made on Corezoid Process Engine provided by the Middleware Inc. company (the USA) – a Technology Partner of both IQOS (Philip Morris International) and Glovo.
